Esters

Esters are stable reaction products of fatty acids and alcohol which provide good solvency, low-temperature and high-temperature performance in lube oils. They are suitable in applications where mineral oil cannot perform and biodegradability need to be preserved. Esters low temperature flowability and clean high temperature operation has brought their exclusive use in jet engine lubricants. They also play a vital role as synthetic refrigeration lubricants in CFC replacement refrigerants. Ester DF series are readily biodegradable and suitable to use in transformers located both indoors and outdoors. It increases fire safety of transformers. Esters are widely used in automotive applications. Due to higher lubrication properties, esters usually are combined with Polyalphaolefins in full synthetic motor oils to solubilize additives, balance the effect on seals, reduce volatility, and improve efficiency of energy.

Electra Df Series

This is synthetic ester specially fortified as dielectric fluids which can significantly extend the life of transformers. This ester base transformer fluids are suitable for both breathing and sealed transformers situated indoor and outdoor. These are cost effective, fire safe, environment friendly and is also applicable in cold climates.

This product offers performance characteristics like high oxidation stability, high viscosity index, very low acid value, wide temperature application, environment friendly, Low volatility, pour point and high break down voltage and moisture tolerance.

Compressyn Lubricants

This is an ester based high-performance compressor lubricant with excellent water separation, anti-wear property, low residue formation, less deposits and high solvency. It is a stable polyol ester suitable for compressors, including centrifugal, reciprocating, and rotary and screw type compressors. This improves the rate of heat transfer with wide range of temperature application and the ester-based oil also increases oil and equipment life without need for frequent change.

Ref Series

This product is especially formulated for refrigeration application and offers the following advantages. It is a high -performance biodegradable product with high viscosity index and oxidative stability, low volatility, low pour point and acid value. It is miscible with industrial refrigerants also. It meets the international standards IS 4578.
